Job Description
Job Title: Helpdesk Support Engineer


Location: San Diego, CA


Duration: Fulltime/Permanent



Experience with Operating Systems:


  • Proficiency with imaging tools and deployment techniques.
  • Linux (some is ok)
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
  • Installation, configuration, administration, and deployment.
  • Windows 10 and above
  • Android (some is ok)


Knowledge And Hands-on Experience With Any Programming Languages


  • Python
  • PowerShell
  • C#
  • VBScript
  • Batch scripting


Experience With SQL Server And Database Management.


Experience in utilizing device management software, including:


  • Bomgar
  • Cylance
  • ConnectWise
  • BigFix
  • Esper


Expertise in working with Point of Sale (POS) hardware, software, and peripherals from various vendors:


  • QU
  • Delphi
  • GPI
  • Xenial
  • Dell
  • Verifone
  • Epson
  • Aloha
  • NCR
  • Aurus
  • Ingenico
  • FreedomPay
  • PAR


Proficiency in network configuration, both Ethernet and Wi-Fi setups.
