Description
We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Manager to join our Information Technologies (IT) Support Team. As a Helpdesk Manager, you will oversee the operations of the helpdesk and provide technical support to users within our organization. You will work closely with other IT professionals to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of technical support services.
A successful candidate is a team player who has three more years’ experience of providing IT helpdesk or related technical support services plus one year or more of management of technical support staff and functions. They should have experience working with other departments, providing technical support to users, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Desired technical skills
  • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) such as VMware Horizon
  • Remote access tools such as Zoho Assist and TeamViewer
  • Operating systems such as Windows, iOS, and Android
  • Email clients and servers such as Microsoft Exchange
  • Productivity software such as Microsoft Office
  • Helpdesk software such as ManageEngine ServiceDesk and Freshservice
  • Collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Slack
  • Antivirus and malware protection software
Educational Requirements: Minimum associate degree or equivalent. Alternatively, candidates with relevant certificates or degrees in IT, computer science, or a related field will also be considered.

Salary range: $85,000-$100,000
The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
