Job Description
Description of the job functions the contractor will be expected to perform. Will be responsible for troubleshooting very basic technical issues and responding to communications from Medicaid clients either via telephone or email in a timely manner. These technical issues will be mainly related to the MS Medicaid Self Service Portal (SSP) as well as other duties as assigned Provide the minimum required skills and/or experience the contractor must possess to qualify for this position. These requirements will be transferred to the Score Sheet and candidates without these requirements reflected on their resume will NOT be presented to the manager for consideration.
  • 1 year proficieny on a Windows PC
  • English must be the primary language of the contractor Provide any skills/experience that would be helpful for the candidate to possess but not required. Examples: Previous supervisory experience, WebLogic experience helpful, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask
  • Experience with Medicaid Eligibility
  • Demonstated ability to be organized
  • 1 year experience working on a help desk, or more specifically experience with system access technical issues
