Job Summary

This position is responsible for coordinating and completing the annual analysis and submission of HEDIS information to NCAQ. Responsible for coordinating activities of internal departments, external partners, and external vendors. Also responsible for providing support in the planning, coordinating, and validating quarterly CRMs database builds.

**This is a Telecommuter (Work from Home) position**
**Position to be located in San Antonio, TX or Austin, TX or Richardson, TX or Marshall, TX**

REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years experience in a health care environment.
• Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
• Experience with NCQA and HEDIS reporting and/or providing technical data analysis support in a formal audit environment.
• 2 years project management experience
• 4 years experience in database design, development, and reporting.
• Understanding of claims, provider, and membership systems, or similar database systems.
• Knowledge of relational databases (i.e., SAS, COGNOS, SQL, and/or Oracle) experience.

PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working with external vendors (NCQA, etc)
• HEDIS background expereince (experience leading anual HEDIS Audit a plus)
• Experience working with mapping, validation and analysis of data extracts
