Job Description

Executive Assistant


A premiere Dallas hedge fund is looking for an experienced C-suite Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer. This role calls for a proactive, resourceful, forward-thinking candidate with ten to fifteen years of C-suite EA experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly expense report
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and duties as needed related to office management support and other executive or team needs
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics and trip planning, including preparation of detailed itineraries, agendas and coordination of necessary documentation
  • Manage multiple, high-priority issues in a professional, courteous manner daily
  • Perform calendar management and prioritize meetings based on business needs
  • Manage arrangements for internal and external meetings, conference calls, etc. and compile and disseminate materials for meetings as necessary
  • Provide direct administrative support to the firm's Chief Executive Officer.

  • A polished individual with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Energetic team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach to work; comfortable with minimal supervision
  • Sharp problem-solving skills with intellectual curiosity and a desire to work in an entrepreneurial, growing firm
  • Microsoft product suite proficiency (Excel, Word, OneNote, etc.)
  • 10+ years of work experience supporting a C-suite executive
