Follows best practices when using CRM and other Sales tools in order to manage the Sales and Buyer cycles

4+ years of applicable sales experience

Excellent negotiation, communication, negotiation and forecasting skills

Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results

Demonstrated ability to find and manage high-level business in a solution-based sales environment

Experience orchestrating the closure of business with an accurate understanding of prospect needs

Education / Certification / Experience Required

Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in technical studies or related discipline; relevant education and experience accepted in lieu of degree

Solicit feedback from clients & internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving & expanding service offerings

Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates

Define clear technical solutions for all aspects of a project and help manage their proper execution

Offer clients a deep understanding of overall healthcare media, patient advocacy and influencer landscape

Demonstrate strong verbal and written communications skills including content development such as bylines, Op/Eds, video scripts, PSAs

Manage client programs, timelines, team deliverables, budgets and quarterly planning to exceed client expectations and goals.

Distill complex scientific data into actionable messages for key audiences (HCPs, media, influencers, patients/caregivers)

Write and promote scientific data releases around clinical studies, guidelines and FDA/EMEA/CMS milestones

Leverage key healthcare milestones including presentations at medical congresses/scientific sessions and peer-review journal publications to trade and national consumer media

Knowledge of security best practices and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, HITECH, and GDPR

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust, scalable, and efficient Epic System solutions

Extensive experience (8+ years) working as an architect in the healthcare industry, with a focus on Epic EHR system architecture

Healthcare & Epic System certifications, such as Epic Certified Architect or certified in specific modules are desirable

In-depth knowledge and expertise in Epic system modules, including EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient, Epic Willow, Epic Cadence, and other relevant modules

Strong knowledge of healthcare technology solutions and their implementation processes
