We are servicing many new facilities in Massachusetts

Looking to hire a dyanmic and preferrably Senior Healthcare Recruiter for a full time hybrid position to join our dynamic recruiting team!

Work from home and attend monthly local MA job fairs as well as onsite at our facilites 2 to 3 days per week.

Requirements:

• Must live in MA or NH
• Familiar with social media and Indeed sourcing
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Applicant tracking system experience needed
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Must have 2+ years recruiting experience
• Willing to travel to facilities, schools, and job fairs.
• Need to be able to put in late afternoon early evening hours four times a week

Responsibilities:

• Attend facility, college and other job fairs
• Full cycle recruiting of CNAs, Nurses, and all other nursing home staff
