Job Overview: As a Healthcare Recruiter at Tillotek, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, physical therapists, CNAs, CRNAs, occupational therapists, and more. You will play a vital role in fulfilling full-time, contract, part-time, and travel job openings, catering to both permanent and temporary positions. This role requires exceptional medical knowledge and experience working with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Vendor Management Systems (VMS), as well as MSP and RPO contracts. Responsibilities: Utilize your extensive knowledge of medical jargon and healthcare industry trends to source and attract top talent in the healthcare field. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to ensure a perfect fit between candidates and job requirements. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, while providing excellent candidate experience. Leverage various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify qualified candidates. Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and VMS systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date data. Negotiate compensation packages and present offers to successful candidates. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and industry contacts to expand the candidate pool. Stay up-to-date with healthcare industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter, ideally with at least [X years] of successful placements in the healthcare industry. Extensive knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare roles, allowing you to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals. Familiarity with ATS, VMS, MSP, and RPO systems, with a strong ability to navigate and maximize their use for recruitment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills to secure successful placements. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, managing multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Compensation: Base salary Unlimited commission structure with on-target earnings of $120,000 annually.
