Job Description

Technical Recruiter

The Technical Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for technical positions, collaborating with hiring manager and teammates to set realistic requirements.

Fully remote!!


Responsibilities of Technical Recruiter:

•Collaborates with account managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled

•Enter candidates into recruiting system

•Track candidates through the recruiting process

•Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools

•Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.

•Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.

•Assists in the drafts of recruitment advertisements: posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions.

•Identifies and executes the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.

•Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.

•Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.

•Vets’ potential employees’ credentials.


Qualifications of the Technical Recruiter:

•At least three years of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience in technical roles a plus.

•Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

•Excellent phone skills

•Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices
