About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to provide consultation and manage internal partners, vendors and external clients in setting up new lockboxes, closing lockboxes and completing various maintenance requests, primarily in the healthcare industry.

Essential Functions

  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Own the setup process and project manage the strategy, rollout and timing of each step
  • Make all updates to both the Lockbox IntegraPay system as well as the separate Lockbox billing application to ensure our customers are charged correctly for Lockbox services
  • Work closely with IT personnel to document business and systems requirements, translate requirements into specifications, and conduct testing when implementing changes to current systems and assess the impact of the changes to current workflow structures to revise as necessary
  • Proactively identify and pursue ways to streamline the setup and billing processes
  • Engage in frequent discussions and consult on the best way to set up each new customer and how our systems can best meet the needs of clients
  • Monitor systems for functionality and availability to users, trouble shoot and respond to user inquiries. Recommend solutions to recurring issues/complaints.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint designer, Teams and Outlook
  • Strong relationship building skills with ability to collaborate effectively and indirectly lead team members at all levels throughout the bank
  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
  • Solid project management, analytical, research and problem solving skills
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate bank operations and healthcare processing knowledge

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 3+ years related project leadership, systems, bank operations and/or healthcare processing experience required
