SteadyMD is a technology company and healthcare provider that powers high-quality telehealth experiences for its partners, including fast-growing digital healthcare companies, labs, pharmacies, large employers, and other organizations.

We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our Operational Design Workflow Governance team. As the founding member of this team, you will play a crucial role in building the foundational process and structures necessary for the team’s operations, ensuring scalability to support SteadyMD’s rapid growth.

The ideal candidate for this role possesses strong emotional intelligence with the ability to communicate complex instructions and process clearly in written and visual formats. Additionally, this candidate has proven experience in managing operational functions, ticketing systems (such as JIRA), and is familiar with healthcare systems and technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage clinic operational functions, including program configuration and clinician partners
  • Assist the director and potentially manage a small team
  • Utilize expertise in our proprietary system, SteadyMD The Clinic, to create scalable, efficient, and quality driven processes that meet the needs of patients, clinicians, and partners
  • Oversee internal and external end-to-end testing and work with partners to gather technology needs and inform system enhancements
  • Collaborate with key peer teams to design and develop standardized operational workflow procedures and policies, with a specific focus on lab results process

Key Duties:

  • Design and develop standardized operational workflow procedures, policies, and internal ticketing systems to prioritize and manage requests
  • Develop materials to guide clinicians in understanding program overviews and workflows
  • Ensure the team is aware of key deliverables, priorities, and milestones
  • Create project plans, outlining tasks required for the timely delivery of operational workflow procedures, policies, and requests
  • Manage process and policies related to clinic operational functions, including program configuration and clinician profiles
  • Identify functionality gaps and collaborate with product management to enhance our products

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Jira or similar ticketing systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a small team
  • Proven experience in clinic operations management or a similar role and familiarity with healthcare systems and technology, preferably in a telehealth environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business Management)
  • Experience managing operational functions and developing workflow procedures and policies
  • Project management and communication expertise with the ability to create, communication, and execute project plans in order to work effectively with various stakeholders

Benefits

  • 401k with Match & Parental Leave Benefits offered to all full-time employees
  • Company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance. Also includes Basic Life and ADAD offerings
  • Competitive Compensation. The annual salary range for this role is $80K - 90K contingent on experience
  • Complimentary Lemonaid Primary Care Membership. So that you can experience what we have to offer, and be able to speak first hand about what the future of medicine will look like
  • Fast-paced Startup Environment. An environment that is focused on disrupting the status quo and challenging conventional professional norms. We are focused on the results you can achieve, not how many hours you spend at a desk
  • Unlimited PTO. Yes, you read that correctly. We trust our employees to make the right decisions for the business, and we also recognize that means taking time to take care of yourself
