As a vital member of our Data Migration and Management (DMM) team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare technology. In this exciting position, you will have the opportunity to gather, organize, and catalog valuable content related to data and data sources, which will be instrumental in creating comprehensive DMM documentation. Your exceptional organizational skills will be put to good use as you assist in preparing briefing materials, coordinating work schedules and meetings, and engaging in email correspondence with stakeholders. Moreover, you will have the chance to contribute to the success of our educational sessions and be involved in various other fulfilling duties.
To thrive in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of professional work experience, demonstrating your solid foundation in project analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders. Your strong problem-solving abilities and motivation will be instrumental in overcoming challenges and driving the project forward. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, is crucial for seamless coordination and documentation.
A basic familiarity with healthcare terminology and concepts, as well as database terminology and concepts, will enable you to excel in this role. Moreover, your expertise in project coordination, coupled with your ability to effectively display quantitative data to tell a meaningful story, will contribute to our team's success. A Bachelor's Degree in a Business Discipline is required for this position, although an additional 8 years of relevant experience can be substituted for the degree requirement.
