      Position Summary:
      Managers within Health Care Products (HCP) are accountable for the effective leadership and management of assigned business units leading to achievement of targeted outcomes. The Manager Operations II, Health Care Products, is responsible for planning and implementing strategies and tactics leading to achievement of targets in the areas service, profit, sales growth, product, quality, process improvement, employee development and productivity. Managers Operations II are accountable for annual gross sales over $5 million dollars, FTE’s greater than 25 at 10 or more locations. Individuals are responsible for the travel arrangements required to meet the expectations of the position. Requires minimum 2 years experience as an operations supervisor in a healthcare, retail/wholesale or business environment and High School diploma or equivalent. Prefer 5 years experience as a supervisor/manager and bachelor’s degree. Must possess the following: - Ability to effectively use windows operating system, Microsoft office software and basic computer technology. - Demonstrated ability and knowledge in the area of process improvement. Commits to learning LEAN system thinking. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. - Experience in project management. - Superior communication skills. - Negotiation skills to achieve win/win results with cross functional team members. - Ability to understand operational and financial parameters and projections and be able to coach others to use that information in planning and management of business units. - Creative, breakthrough thinking ability. - Retail practices, skill sets, standards and competencies. - Confident, meaningful presentations to meet the needs of any audience.
