Health Care Project Manager
Location: Austin Texas
Client: Texas Health and Human Services Commission
Exp: Minimum 15+ Years Must
Only Local to Texas Candidates
Candidate Must Work With the State Department of Health Services
Candidate Must Have Strong state or federal government agency experience Must ( Specifically - State Department of Health Services)
  • Candidates must be local to the State of Texas, preferably the Austin metro area. State candidates are NOT permitted.
  • Strong Public Health Project is Must
  • 8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Certification in Project Management by a recognized project management organization or Scrum Master a plus.
  • Level Description
  • Certified PMP - Must
  • The worker will work remotely and be able to come to the office as needed
:-
  • Experience managing complex projects at state or federal government agencies
  • Experience managing enterprise-scale data management projects.
  • The Public Health Data Sharing Phase 2 project requires an experienced project manager to coordinate work done by the vendor. This work may be taking place by vendor staff across the US, so the PM will need experience managing remote projects.
  • Experience managing remote projects.
  • Certified PMP
  • Project Management.
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience with Texas DSHS, especially with DSHS data and reporting systems including the SHARP Platform.
  • Project managers are the people in charge of a specific project or projects within a company. As the project manager, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. Project managers might work by themselves or be in charge of a team to get the job done.
