Job Highlights

• Provide technical direction on major equipment repair.
• Maintain production of 3 separate facilities and a brine field spread over Union County, Arkansas. Oversee Reliability efforts of the south Arkansas site. Control multi-million-dollar maintenance budget. Responsible for technical decisions and knowledge sharing of MRO for specialized equipment in a bromine producing facility.
• Coach and lead supervisors.
• Review mechanical integrity procedures across all production sites.
• Visible daily in the plants and maintenance shops.
• Approve costs, requisitions, best path forward decisions.
• Provide plan and direction for annual turnarounds.
• Contribute to project management group to effectively invest capital spend.
• Oversee MRO storerooms with multi-million-dollar inventory levels.
• Ensure safe work is performed daily.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership skills
• 10+ years of relevant experience managing maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to build effective relationships across the organization
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
• Strong working knowledge of SAP
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and understanding of material compatibility
• Previous budget control and contract management experience
