About the team
The Enterprise Service team at ByteDance/PICO plays an important role in our new Enterprise VR Strategy. This team sells a mix of hardware & software solutions within a defined set of global organizations – responsible for both net new and expansion revenue.
Responsibilities

• Over 10 years of experience in the ToB industry, with the ability to operate global/key regional enterprise business.
• Fully responsible for PICO's global enterprise market business, including sales, marketing, and product planning.
• More than 5 years of team management experience, with strong cross-team and cross-regional communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiar with European or American enterprise market business, able to improve product competitiveness based on market insights and collaborative research and development.
• Explore typical XR enterprise service scenarios by identifying pain points in the industry.
• Analyze the market landscape of various international regions, lead regional business growth, and increase market share in key countries.
• Develop global product and technology strategies, plan operational objectives, and promote implementation.
• Understand XR product and technology innovation, have a global perspective, strategic thinking, keen insight, and forward-looking vision.
