At GE Designs, we're not just about creating beautiful quilting products; we're about fostering a vibrant and inclusive community of quilters who share our passion for creativity and craftsmanship. With a commitment to our core values and a dedication to excellence, we've built a company where every member of our team plays a crucial role in shaping our culture and driving our success.

GE Designs’ Mission Statement:

At GE Designs, our mission is to create high-quality quilting products and experiences that inspire creativity and promote wellbeing among our coworkers, customers, and community.

As a family owned business, we value the power of a strong community and strive to cultivate a workplace culture that fosters collaboration, respect, and personal growth.

We are committed to innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility in all aspects of our business. Whether someone is an experienced quilter or just starting out, we're dedicated to providing them with the tools and support they need to express their creativity, connect with others, and enhance their overall wellbeing.

Our values drive us in achieving our mission. We prioritize 4 core values:

  • Creative: We believe our unique designs and high-quality products inspire imagination and artistic expression.
  • People-centered: We are committed to fostering a culture of personal growth, transparency, inclusivity, and individuality for our coworkers, community, and customers.
  • Socially responsible: We use our platform to promote justice, equity, and inclusion, and support local organizations and causes that make a positive impact on our community and underrepresented groups.
  • Sustainable: We are dedicated to reducing our environmental impact by responsibly sourcing materials, reducing waste, and actively seeking out eco-friendly alternatives. As a business, we feel responsible to contribute to a more sustainable future, both for our local community and the planet.
