Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Creative to lead the creative team at our full-service marketing agency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of artistic flair, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. As the Head of Creative, you will be responsible for shaping the agency's creative direction, driving innovative concepts, and ensuring the seamless execution of compelling campaigns that resonate with our diverse range of clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Trend Analysis and Innovation:
  • Client Collaboration:
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Develop and communicate a clear creative vision that aligns with our client's brand objectives and business goals.
  • Translate concepts into compelling visual and written materials, ensuring they effectively convey the intended message and resonate with the target audience.
  • Design graphics for marketing campaigns, social media channels, and websites
  • Conceptualization and Ideation:
  • Campaign Development and Execution:
  • Collaborate with clients, account managers, and the creative team to understand project requirements and formulate creative strategies.
  • Ensure all creative materials meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations.
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to final execution, across various media channels including digital, print, social, and video.
  • Strategic Creative Leadership:
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to continually elevate the agency's creative offerings.
  • Present creative ideas to clients in a clear, persuasive, and confident manner.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, effectively communicating creative concepts and strategies while understanding and addressing client feedback.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to integrate new creative techniques and technologies into client campaigns.


  • Qualifications:
  • Prior experience of at least 3 years in a creative role within an advertising agency, marketing firm, or similar setting.


  • The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing visually stunning designs that are both functional and user-friendly, as well as experience in developing photo and video content for social media channels


  • Hands-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development.
  • Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance artistic expression with strategic insights.
  • Experience creating and evolving brand guides, style guides, brand voice and tone, and brand architectures.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects)
