Guest Services Coordinator - Full Time & Part Time

Skywalker Vineyards seeks a full time Guest Services Coordinator to support ongoing event operations at Summit Skywalker Ranch. The Guest Services team is responsible for providing guest services through-out multi-day events, front desk coverage, food and beverage duties, ranch special event coordination, assist with wine tastings, general store sales and wine and ranch product sales. Candidate who apply must be available to work various events throughout the year 2020.
Guest Services Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of all guest rooms prior to client arrival.
• Maintain client relations by establishing a rapport and assessment of guest needs and preferences.
• Assist with annual projects at the Ranch such as olive oil bottling, winery duties, holiday decorations, cleaning and organizing.
• Front desk duties include answering telephones, guest check in/check out, escorting guests to their rooms, assisting with luggage and offering concierge services.
• Assist in all food and beverage opportunities to ensure maximum guest satisfaction
• Skywalker Vineyards wine sales and ranch product sales
• Assist in the set up and breakdown of various events
• Maintain a high level of communication with all team members to assure seamless service to all clientele.

Requirements
Education / Experience:

• Minimum of 1 – 3 years of Hospitality or restaurant or other guest service experience is a must.

Required Skills / Competencies:

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Knowledge of and passion for fine wines and wine making.
• Demonstrated positive, strong customer service interest, skills and experience.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing tasks and priorities, with grace and enthusiasm.
• Willingness to work overtime, later shifts and weekends on a regular basis.
• Demonstrative ability to work well in a team environment.
