We are seeking a talented Group President.
Overview:
The Group President will oversee the Oklahoma region and is tasked with providing strong leadership for the company by working with the board and other executives to establish short and long-term goals, risk mitigation plans and growth strategies. They are responsible for presiding over all departments and the entire workforce. They will manage budgets and make sure resources are allocated properly across service lines (Habilitation Training Services (HTS), Daily Living Support (DLS), Agency Companion and Respite). Additionally, the President is tasked with business development, focusing on delivering key growth performance goals. The President will report directly to ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Establishes key relationships and partnerships with referral sources and other partners
- Builds an effective, engaged, results achieving business development team. This includes enacting a platform that both encourages retention, growth, and maximizes census growth. Also, maintain and approve expense reports, bonus compensation, performance expectations
- Sets corporate strategy and manages execution of projects to support that strategy
- Participates in performance reviews and performance monitoring of all staff
- Participates in orientation and in-service education training when necessary
- Develops and monitors realistic and accurate budgets and forecasts. Ensures that the business is meeting performance goals; optimizes financial performance and operational productivity
- Supervises top management, including the Director of Risk & Compliance, Office Managers, and Program Coordinators
- Quarterly meetings with the Company Board reviewing KPI’s, results, and strategy
- Successfully integrates new acquisitions; optimizing back-office synergies when necessary
- Maintain reports and review staff deliverables on corresponding reports (billing, authorization, service utilization, recruiting, etc.) and take corrective actions as needed
- Ensures compliance with regulations and laws at all locations
- Responsible for the growth and profitability of the company to achieve superior investor returns
- Assists in interviewing applicants, hiring of staff and onboarding
- Monitors the performance of all services. Assists Program Coordinators with management of their caseloads
- Runs staff payroll through Paycom
Qualifications:
- Candidates must demonstrate strong quantitative and soft skills
- They will take actions to enhance the company’s cash flow while keeping the human factor in perspective
- Candidate must be a prudent manager and an inspiring leader
- This executive will also be responsible for driving the company’s development and guiding it towards long-term success.
- To be considered for the position, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from a well-regarded university
- Candidates must also be proficient with Microsoft Excel (i.e., financial modeling), Word, and PowerPoint
- The ideal candidate will have a business mindset and will be able to see the “big picture” in a variety of settings
- Prior experience in roles such as CEO, COO, President, or their equivalent are required
- Successful candidates must also possess a strong knowledge of business strategy and finance
- Prior experience in the healthcare, home care, IDD or related industries is highly preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of senior management experience is required
