Vice President Of Operations – Tidewater Group Jobs

Current knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules and reporting requirements

Partner with Operating and Commercial teams to deliver commercial offerings, while looking for opportunities to provide customer outcomes.

Manage appropriate cash flow, investment, expenses, and receivables to support operating activities.

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

Provide Financial leadership to establish and accomplish Insituform portfolio financial goals and objectives.

Maintain controllership responsibility relative to actions planned or implemented by the business.

A minimum of 5 years of senior management experience is required

Supervises top management, including the Director of Risk & Compliance, Office Managers, and Program Coordinators

Monitors the performance of all services. Assists Program Coordinators with management of their caseloads

Successful candidates must also possess a strong knowledge of business strategy and finance

Sets corporate strategy and manages execution of projects to support that strategy

Participates in orientation and in-service education training when necessary

20 years of experience successfully building and managing a team including recruiting staff, scheduling, and performance management.

5 years of experience in project management.

5+ years of general management experience.

Strong people management and teambuilding experience.

Working knowledge of construction, farm equipment and heavy equipment operations, maintenance, safety, tools and implements.

Good organization skills including project tracking, scheduling, and setting goals.

Seven to ten years progressive managerial experience in community and academic medical practice management or other applicable environment required.

Utilize a variety of feedback and works collaboratively with leadership, practice management, and staff to identity and pursue opportunities for improvement.

Develop tailored recommendations for sales training, sales management training and sales assessment for prospects and clients.

Practice all aspects of The Brooks Group’s client-facing sales training, sales management training and sales assessment practices in selling efforts.

Dependability –respond to management direction; keep commitments

Proactively manage current account base to retain and grow accounts.

Experience – minimum of five years’ experience in sales in a complex sales environment selling an intangible product/service

Experience – Working with Senior company executives, especially the VP of Sales and/or VP of Learning and Development

Demonstrated leadership skills with a broad knowledge of management practices and good business analysis/project management skills.

Working proficiency with investment principles, budgeting processes, and financial management requirements.

Must possess excellent time management skills.

Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in management at a senior operations level with a federal contractor.

Executive-level leadership and management skills.

Proven ability to manage numerous projects, as well as resources, remotely in a highly dispersed organization.
