Job Description

About the Community: Inspire is a 369-unit apartment community located in the SouthPark neighborhood in Charlotte, NC and was voted one of the best apartment homes by the Charlotte Agenda. Inspire offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes and has amazing amenities, like the two-story state-of-the-art fitness center, jr. Olympic resort-inspired pool, a sports lawn, and a gaming center with a gold simulator.

About the Role: Northland is seeking to hire a Groundskeeper / Porter at a multifamily community in CITY, STATE.

  • Will be responsible for the overall upkeep of the community landscape and the exterior image.
  • Areas to maintain include leasing office and clubhouse, pool area, parking lot and common areas, recreation areas, building exterior, trash removal and vacant apartments.

Job Requirements:

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.

  • At least one year of experience or knowledge of lawn care, trees and shrubs is helpful but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and vendors.
