We're currently inviting diligent and reliable Barbacks to join our team. In this role, you will work hand in hand with bartending staff to ensure smooth operations for our clients. You will play an integral part in creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for guests, as your tasks include stocking the bar inventory, prepping garnishes, washing glassware, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Job Location:

NoGigiddy is proud to offer this role for dedicated individuals residing in Charlotte, North Carolina, or its surrounding areas. Given the nature of the Barback role, it's important that candidates can reliably make their way to various client locations in and around Charlotte. Our real-time gig platform ensures you won't have to travel too far out of your way, and that the work is always nearby.

Responsibilities:

• Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code requirements.
• Assist bartenders in serving customers and managing orders, making sure every customer gets excellent service.
• Prepare garnishes as needed and ensure they are fresh and well-presented.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of glassware, utensils, and the entire bar area.
• Assure the bar inventory is well-stocked and always ready for the bartenders' needs.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with bartending tools and techniques. While you won't be mixing drinks, knowing how the bar operates is essential.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends. When the lights go down, the nightlife heats up.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Every day is a new challenge!
• Physical strength and stamina to lift up to 50 pounds. The bar inventory won't stock itself!
• Proven experience as a Barback or in a similar hospitality role. We value your experience and the skills you've developed.
• A customer-oriented mindset and a passion for hospitality. You're the heart of the bar atmosphere.
