The Prince George's Community Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Concierge to greet members and other individuals entering the branch, triaging member needs and facilitating their visit by either performing basic Teller functions when needed or practical, or connecting the member with the appropriate professional, utilizing engaging interpersonal skills and professional interaction to deliver a quality member service experience.

This is a full-time position (Monday thru Friday) with frequent Saturdays (9a-1p) required. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work additional hours as needed for training or supporting occasional community events, must consistently uphold the mission, vision, and core values of the credit union, and possess the ability to cope in a team focused, fast-paced sales and service culture.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures the correct marketing material on display and available in the branch
• Maintains member records as requested
• Acts as the member’s advocate in offering credit union products and services
• Welcomes members and others to the Credit Union and provides information concerning products and services; and directs member to appropriate department for specific information and service
• Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks including: handling mail, signing for and managing packages from delivery services, typing, data entry, and answering the telephone
• Check and assemble supplies for all of the branches and stocks/replaces forms, brochures, etc. as needed
• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor for greeting visitors
• Handles NetTeller password resets, balance inquiries, basic account maintenance and inquiries, re-creation of debit cards, and assists with coin machine
• Asks guests to remove hats, dark glasses, or other articles of clothing that could obstruct their physical features from video surveillance
• Assists members with using the RTS machines and accessing safe deposit boxes in accordance with established procedures
• Other duties as assigned

• Requires basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of one year face to face customer service experience preferred.
• Requires sales excellence.
• Cash handling experience required
• Must be bondable
