Typical Day to Day (Tasks & Responsibilities):

2+ years’ experience in video editing for digital delivery and social platforms.

Serious gaming solutions may include requirements for artificial intelligence software to support automated computer interactions with the learner.

Minimum of at least one year of experience using Microsoft C# in support VR development

Develops Army Games for Training (AGFT) scoring Distributed Learning (DL) in virtual learning environment.

Develop serious games that are simulations of real-world events or processes designed for the purpose of solving a problem.

B.S. of Computer Science (specialization in Computer Graphics).

Previous work experience as a video editor.

Meeting with the director to determine production vision.

Reviewing raw material to determine the shot list.

Manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques.

Maintaining continuity while moving shots according to scene value.

Trimming footage and putting together the rough project.

Reach out and listen to the creative community, reading between the lines to connect friction points to experience solutions

Dig in with prototypers, engineers and researchers to understand the capabilities of new and developing technologies to match user needs.

Partner withsenior executives, product managers, senior engineering scientists, and partners across the company to bring new products to life.

Proven experience and/or training in design or a related field

College degree or equivalent practical experience in design with an emphasis on graphic design, HCI, or related design field

Experience working closely and iteratively with engineering teams to bring the vision to life

Experience with video editing software

Minimum of 2-4 years of professional video design and editing experience.

Develop engaging video designs for our projects, including static menu boards and other key features.

Collaborate with the creative team on ideas and concepts for video designs.

Edit and refine video footage, add sound, transitions, graphics, and other effects.

Ensure all video designs meet the highest standards of visual quality.

Follow video design briefs and be able to work within deadlines.

Provide in-person videography on several design sites to help showcase our teams’ capabilities and document progress of projects.

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

2 years’ experience in videography (Video cameras, drones, etc.)

2 years’ experience in video editing with adobe premiere pro or other video editing software

Deliver technical video development support for our digital engineering and virtual prototyping teams.

Work directly with these teams to provide professional videos to aid in customer presentations.
