Overview
- Lead specific administrative process and control areas including Settlement, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Sales, Delivery & Customer Support
- Other administrative and customer support responsibilities as assigned
- Serve in a back-up capacity for direct reports, ensuring a timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Supervise the Administrative Support team in the Modesto location
- Staffing Site Captain & conduct new hire onboarding/orientation
- Provides comprehensive skilled administrative support to Sr. Market Director, Unit General Manager, and leadership team
- Research, resolve, and communicate customer issues on behalf of Sales or Delivery Management
- Manage team archive organization and document retention accountability
- Conduct periodic audits/trend reviews which may include running, analyzing, and distribution of reporting
- Lead planning & execution support for company events such as team meetings/planning, employee recognition opportunities, and charitable drives or community outreach

- Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- The expected Compensation range for this position is between $39,800 - $63,450
- Aptitude to work with minimal supervision – set goals, create, and implement action plans, and monitor progress toward goals
- Must be a strong team player and assist other department staff when needed
- Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking with a strong sense of urgency, self-motivated and proactive
- Outstanding organization, time management, and communication skills
- Demonstrate strong computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Flexibility with schedule to meet critical deadlines as needed
- Preferred basic accounting knowledge
- High School Diploma or GED
- Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
- 3-5 years related experience
