The Global Procurement Manager – CapEx develops and oversees the strategic sourcing of various Capital Projects across Paloma Rheem Global while ensuring alignment to business units plants located throughout the world. This position will build and leverage strong working relationships with our Engineering Teams and key suppliers to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met. The role provides exposure to senior leadership by recommending sourcing strategies, gaining consensus and creating change throughout the organization. The Manager will continue to evolve the category strategy taking into account risk management and ensuring supply chains are optimized for best cost value. This position serves as the leader for the assigned category.
This position will serve our Enterprise Division, located in Roswell, GA.
What You’ll Do

• Consult and collaborate closely with Global Business Units relative to supply chain needs, identifying best value opportunities, supporting sourcing for new product introduction, and identifying suppliers to execute the category strategy.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Rheem’s procurement, production, and related ERP system.
• Support organizational cost management objectives by identifying and negotiating commercial cost reduction opportunities.
• Fully support aggressive projects and timelines.
• Global supply chain requirements
• Identify qualified suppliers and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Negotiate cost changes related to product design changes on current production.
• Build technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, technology landscape, and supply base.
• Sourcing strategies for global, regional and local sourcing optimization
• Validate, analyze, and make sourcing recommendations based on quote packages from suppliers.
• Strategic sourcing roadmap for a 5 – 10-year plan (including trend analysis and innovation)
• Execute best in class supply chain practices, while ensuring alignment and adoption across the regional sourcing teams to develop achieve success in the following primary areas of value:
• Work on initiatives and identify other sourcing efficiencies via benchmarking, VA/VE, competitive quotes.
• Spend analytics
• Develop and issue complete RFQ packages to potential suppliers.
• Delivering best cost initiatives year over year
• Develop written supply agreements with suppliers, addressing risk management. Maintain relationship with supplier’s leadership to ensure the commercial, service, and legal performance commitments are met.

Job Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Proven ability to drive business result
• Record of accomplishment in supplier management maximizing the value of an agreement and realizing best in class cost, savings, delivery/service and innovation.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement or in a related industry or field.
• 7+ years of experience leading and supporting global sourcing initiatives.
• Strong analytical and business acumen skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Frequent travel up to 50%, including international travel.
• Supplier negotiation and contract negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Project management and coordination skills.
• Demonstrated leadership while with navigating in a matrix environment.
• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.

How To Stand Out

• CPSM Certified.
• Master’s Degree in Business Management or related field.
• Bilingual English – Spanish.
