We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking, energetic Global Finance Manager to join our Delrin® business, providing financial support to the Delrin® business globally and leading global financial planning and analysis across all regions. This Manager will have direct management responsibility for 3 regional financial analysts. The position reports to the Delrin® Global Finance Leader while receiving business guidance from the Delrin® VP/GM Global Business Director.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial modeling and investment analysis to support business needs.
• Both participate in and lead various activities related to Separation & Stand including financial due diligence, USAT and other financial/business readiness support.
• Provide financial leadership to the Delrin® business and work with cross functional teams to deliver financial objectives.
• Develop/coach regional finance analysts and strengthen business Finance organization capability
• Lead the monthly outlook/reporting process, co-ordinate annual operating plan (PO), support strategy development and financial planning.
• Drive clear understanding and accountability of financial metrics, ensuring cost discipline and the ability to change priorities quickly, when needed.
• Provide decision support and business analytics that include variance analysis, customer and product profitability, operations/productivity analysis and cash/working capital management.
• Ensure internal control compliance and integrity of financial data by working with the business controller and Delrin business team.

Your Qualification Profile:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in systems and data analysis; Microsoft Suite and SAP/BW is a must. Knowledge in Tableau/PowerBI helps but not a must.
• Effective, simple communication of complex financial situations. Ability to articulate financial issues and impacts in the business context.
• BA/BS in Finance/Accounting. MBA/CPA preferred.
• Ability to influence business leadership and effectively lead/manage projects working closely with global / cross-functional teams
• Understanding of DuPont financial, accounting, and internal control policies and standards.
• Comfortable in a visible, fast-paced, dynamic, and uncertain business environment
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Financial and Operations analysis.
