Finance Manager – Global Gaming Reporting Jobs

Steer the financial part of the management cycle of the entire GBU (monthly results, forecasting, roadmap)

Consolidating both GBUs results, implementing Group policy, rules, and finance assumptions and ensuring overall GBU financial compliance.

University degree, preference in Business Administration / Finance

Minimum 10 years’ experience in Business Controlling in an international environment.

Strong controlling skills and Business partnering

Strong analytical, project management and collaborative skills

Design and manage a clear project plan to comply with new reporting requirements and communicate the status to all key stakeholders

Substantial experience in and working knowledge of SEC reporting, U.S. GAAP and internal controls

Knowledge of ESG reporting requirements is a plus

Define data requirements, processes and systems needed to support external reporting needs

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Provide decision support and business analytics that include variance analysis, customer and product profitability, operations/productivity analysis and cash/working capital management.

Develop/coach regional finance analysts and strengthen business Finance organization capability

BA/BS in Finance/Accounting. MBA/CPA preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Financial and Operations analysis.

Ability to influence business leadership and effectively lead/manage projects working closely with global / cross-functional teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Progressive experience in financial management including financial analysis, variance analysis, cost allocation, fact-finding, or auditing, 5-7yrs

Prior management or supervision experience preferred

Budgeting and forecasting experience, 3-5yrs

Lead a team of financial professionals responsible for enterprise reporting and analysis,

Drive enhancements and improvements to our reporting and ways of work,

Collaborate with all levels of management in a matrixed organizational structure

At least five years of Finance, Planning & Analysis experience with progressively increasing responsibility

Assist all finance activities, including budgeting, forecasting, month end close, financial reporting, and business case development

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related quantitative field

Experience in budgeting and forecasting, month-end close and process development.

Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills and ability to resolve business problems with well-structured analyses

Minimum 5+ years of related finance experience. Financial analysis and a strong working knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.

Experience in leading roles in Finance / FP&A / Accounting in global companies.

Excellent written and oral communication, problem solving, and analytical skills. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Collaborate with global gaming finance segment leads to identify reporting gaps and create solutions

Must have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and be team oriented

Must have excellent organizational skills
