Managers must have a high level of personal integrity and be able to drive results through continuous employee coaching, sales and profit growth.Responsibilities:Managing day to day operations- Controls profit loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actionsPlans and ensures the professional growth & development of the management team and crew membersMaintains an exceptional level of customer serviceKnows and manages compliance with federal, state and local labor laws and ensure the restaurant is completing regular safety / cleaning / operations checklists to guarantee guest satisfaction and inspectionsRequirements:Must have QSR Management / Assistant Management experience in the fast food industrySalaried QSR or casual restaurant experience (preferred)A proven track record of increasing sales and profitabilityStrong organizational skills with a desire to develop othersEffective communication and interpersonal skillsMust have the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environmentKnowledge of both food & labor cost controlsTechniques in strategic planning and driving salesExcellent customer service standardsValid driver's license and vehicleAbility to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidaysProven reliability and high personal integrityBenefits:Competitive SalaryBonus programHealthcare Insurance- Medical, Vision and Dental401k (after 1 year of employment)Paid Time-offCareer growth plans
