• Experience working directly with executives, Senior Vice Presidents, or other executive leaders.
• 4 years of experience in event management and executive communications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience delivering customer sales content and activation programs.
• Excellent project management, verbal, and written communication skills.

Global Sales Excellence and Productivity is focused on driving field sales activation and productivity through deliberate go-to-market sales strategies, programs, just-in-time learning, sales productivity tools, assets, events, and other learning opportunities.
In this role, you will work with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to deliver enablement events for Google Cloud employees, customers, and partners. You will be a trusted adviser to executive leaders and a key influencer in enablement event strategy.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$232,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Manage events (e.g., Cloud Club, Accelerate, TechCon, Ambassadors Summit), stakeholder alignment, agency partnership, budget reporting, and overall event production.
• Interact, influence executives, and provide advice that reflects an understanding of business and leadership style.
• Partner with creative production agencies, vendors, and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
