Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and adjust project schedules across the business. Monitor project progress in real time and adjust scheduling to dynamically reflect project and field conditions
• Treat employees with the respect they have earned from us
• Work 2-3 days per week in the field overseeing critical project execution
• Work 3-4 days per week alongside the executive team in St. Petersburg, FL (corporate headquarters)
• Ability to provide on-site supervision as required, including on short notice in the event of project or scheduling challenges
• Assist with the documentation and invoicing process, including communicationbetween field production and monthly billing processes
• Team oriented approach with a “no job too small” attitude
• Support the estimating team in developing project submittal packages, including plans, procedures, and safety protocols
• Help employees with their work whenever you can
• Procurement and vendor relationships, including monitoring of materials stock and available inventory
• Support the Company in the evaluation of field personnel and potential new hires
• Serve as a leader in maintaining our culture of safety, including maintenance of OSHA logs (300/30/10)
• Represent the company and its values in your interactions with our crews
• Attend Pre-cons and construction meetings, as needed
• Proactive approach to customer relationships and business development
• Coordinate field operations, including material and equipment deliveries, crew transportation, and scheduling
• Communicate scheduling changes to superintendents and crew leaders in the field
• Reading plans, specs, contracts, subcontracts, quotes, notes from the Estimator, submittal packages and communicating relevant information to Crews in the field
• Communication with estimators and management to ensure project specific needs are met in a timely manner
• Track and monitor project progress, including completion percentage and billing
• Monitor ongoing projects, including evaluation of daily reports from crew leaders andsupervisors
