Due to their growing pipeline of work, they are seeking a SR Superintendent with Ground Up / Renovations hotel, hospitality, multifamily, commercial & sports construction experience located in the Miami.

Your new role

Key functions of the SR Superintendent will include - running the day to day activities of the job-site, overseeing sub-contractors ensuring job quality is kept to, managing job schedule, filing reports and site safety. You will be consistently communicating with clients as well as project managers to ensure the job is completed on time and to the highest possible specification.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience of managing Commercial, Hotel, Hospitality, Multifamily projects - able to manage multiple operations continually and communicate effectively.
• It is essential that you are flexible and able to react to job changes positively.
• 7+ years of Commercial Construction experience as a Superintendent ($20MM+) with knowledge of all aspects of construction
• You will be a great communicator, experience in managing clients on site is necessary.
• Must be safety oriented; OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 Certification preferred
