Job Description


A New and vibrant 30,000 sq. ft. brewery, 370+ seat restaurant, 100 seat dining room and entertainment facility nestled in the heart of Hudson Valley They are dedicated to brewing exceptional craft beers that delight the senses and foster a sense of community.


We are searching for an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead the team and help establish the space as an experience not to be missed. As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the concept's success, overseeing all aspects of operations, crafting an exceptional guest experience, and fostering a team of passionate beer ambassadors.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, track financial performance, and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize profitability
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that every guest enjoys an exceptional experience by creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, providing outstanding service, and fostering a culture of customer-centricity
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff members who share a passion for craft beer and are committed to delivering top-notch service
  • Operational Leadership: Direct and manage all aspects of operations, including taproom, restaurant, events, and staff management
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to alcohol service, safety, and sanitation
  • Events and Partnerships: Conceptualize and execute engaging events, tastings, and collaborations that foster customer engagement and brand loyalty
  • Continuous Improvement: Continually seek opportunities to innovate, evolve, and elevate the brewery's offerings and operations


Requirements


Requirements:


  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a talent for motivating and inspiring teams
  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a high volume, high touch environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed in a taproom environment
  • Familiarity with local and state regulations related to the craft brewing industry is a plus
  • Further develop the early-stage retail merchandising program
  • A genuine passion for craft beer and a deep understanding of the craft brewing process
  • Strong business acumen, financial management abilities, and a customer-focused mindset
