POSITION TITLE Functional Tester NUMBER OF POSITIONS TO BE FILLED 4 NAME OF RESOURCE IT MSA CLASSIFICATION MQ# Mandatory Qualifications (MQ) Pg. # on resume DQ# Desirable Qualifications (DQ) Pg. # on resume 1 A minimum of two (2) years of experience developing at least one of the following for complex distributed systems: a) test plans b) test design specifications c) test case specifications 1 Four (4) or more years of experience developing at least one of the following for complex distributed systems: a) test plans b) test design specifications c) test case specifications 2 A minimum of one (1) year of experience testing large management information applications. 2 Three (3) or more years of experience testing large management information applications. 3 A minimum of two (2) years of experience in testing methods and techniques with at least one of the following: a) White Box Testing b) Black Box Testing c) Usability Testing 3 Four (4) or more years of experience in testing methods and techniques with at least one of the following: a) White Box Testing b) Black Box Testing c) Usability Testing 4 A minimum of two (2) years of experience with a test management tool. 4 Two (2) or more years of experience with test management tool Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). 5 A minimum of two (2) years of experience with SQL database scripting for data mining and test preparation. 5 Four (4) or more years of experience with SQL database scripting for data mining and test preparation. 6 A minimum of two (2) years of experience testing in at least one (1) of the following test environments: a) quality assurance b) user acceptance c) pre-production 6 Four (4) or more years of experience testing in at least one (1) of the following test environments: a) quality assurance b) user acceptance c) pre-production 7 A minimum of two (2) years of experience analyzing and translating at least one of the following: a) business requirements b) functional requirements c) technical requirements 7 Four (4) or more years of experience analyzing and translating at least one of the following: a) business requirements b) functional requirements c) technical requirements 8 A minimum of two (2) years of experience testing custom .NET applications. 8 Four (4) or more years of experience testing custom .NET applications. 9 Must meet the Mandatory *Education and Experience Qualifications of the IT MSA classification being proposed. *Respondent must provide copies of certifications listed above.
