Our client is an internationally recognized environmental engineering firm specializing in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities. With a vision to become the leading water consulting firm, our client is actively seeking motivated and talented individuals to help achieve this goal. Currently, they are looking to hire a Mid-Level Water/Wastewater Engineer who can contribute to the realization of their vision.
Responsibilities
• Undertake engineering work related to water and wastewater treatment and conveyance infrastructure.
• Collaborate on engineering planning and design projects.
• Prepare reports detailing project findings and recommendations.
• Develop plans, specifications, and cost estimates for various water and wastewater initiatives.
• Conduct system modeling, permitting, and alternative analysis.
• Generate technical memoranda, reports, and electronic deliverables.
• Perform data entry and analysis to support project requirements.
• Provide engineering services throughout the construction phase.
• Take part in field activities, including pilot testing.
Qualifications
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Possess 5 to 10 years of direct experience in water and wastewater engineering.
• Demonstrate proficiency in applying engineering principles, critical thinking, analysis, and innovative techniques.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Show the ability to effectively communicate with clients and project teams.
• Display high levels of motivation, articulation, and self-initiative.
• Proficient in using MS Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hold a Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Possess registration as a Professional Engineer.
