OIC is a nonprofit, non-partisan, all volunteer, all remote peace organization founded in 1984. We are seeking individuals who are serious about supporting government officials in producing breakthroughs in peace and cooperation.
Please note: Since we are an all-volunteer organization. We have never had paid positions. We are ONLY seeking applicants in any city in the United States or Canada.
Many people are convinced that our global dangers and suffering are the result of dictators, terrorists, nuclear armed states, international criminals, advanced weapons and global warming.
While there is plenty of evidence for these views. There is another issue just as important. The fact is these problems would not be accumulating over time if our foreign policymakers, negotiators, security strategists and other government problem solvers were sufficiently effective.
In our OIC Foreign Relations Breakthrough Project we are advocating that government problem solvers use special programs that support breakthrough results.
Responsibilities
Our positions involve member development, networking with experts at foreign relations think tanks, networking with government and UN officials and various types of research.
Qualifications
Applicants can be those studying international affairs, political science or who have worked in foreign relations organizations or in government positions.We will also consider individuals with a truly serious concern about foreign relations. We require that applicants are mature, responsible, considerate and can follow directions very carefully.
Our activists members are called Program Associates.
Program Asociate Benefits: 1-Very flexible hours, 2-Opportunities to develop career contacts, 3-Learning about new foreign relations transformational resources,
