Job Details


enior Audit Accountant responsibilities include


Preparation of financial statements; review of financial statements for suitability of presentation and accuracy of disclosures


Coordinate engagement workflow


Preparation of workpapers; review of workpapers for accuracy and completeness


Oversee maintenance and analysis of the general ledger (prepaid expenses, accrued expenses, etc.)


Ensure books and financials are in accordance with GAAP or other required accounting standards


Ensure accurate, timely and well documented month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and financial statement preparation


Proactively build relationships with clients, and communicate effectively with them, in an ongoing effort to deliver superior client service


Mentor and train junior staff members
