Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Healing Collective, LLC is looking to expand 1-2 fully licensed therapists (LMHC, LMFT, LISW). We are located in West Des Moines, IA. As you know, most practices keep 40-50% of your income and have strict requirements regarding the number of visits per week. Healing Collective does things a bit different - we love transparency. Here your we do a competitive percentage split and provide PTO (depending on the number of hours worked) and you will have an understanding and breakdown explaining what that money is going towards and why the business is keeping that amount. You will receive a stipend for CEs each year. If you want to start your own practice someday, I'll teach you everything I'm learning on the business side of things. I believe that therapists are lovely humans and deserve to be compensated for their time and work and deserve 100% transparency from their company's owner.
