Job Description
We are a rapidly growing company looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our team. As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our company and will be responsible for ensuring that our customers are receiving the highest level of customer service possible. Responsibilities:


  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
  • Meet or exceed customer service targets and goals
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to improve the customer experience
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open communication
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
Qualifications:


  • Comfortable with remote work and technology
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High school diploma or equivalent
