Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant

RESPONSIBILITIES

BANKING

Recording and reconciling bank and payroll activity.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

Processing and recording client invoices. Posting customer payments.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

Review of monthly AP ledgers for missing routine bills. New customer and vendor setup. Processing and recording vendor bills. Downloading and coding of credit card transactions.

GENERAL LEDGER

Reconciling general ledger accounts and record adjustments on an accrual basis. Complete month end close procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

Associates Degree in Accounting or proven equivalent related work experience

ACCOUNTING

Public Accounting experience is preferred but not required

TECHNOLOGY

Strong technology skills using Microsoft Office and QuickBooks. Experience with other accounting software desired, such as Quickbooks, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Plex, and Bill.com

COMMUNICATION

Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
