We need a Brand Partner Staff Accountant to own the invoicing process at Pattern. to help transform our digital advertising team into a data-driven performance machine. We want our team members to be proactive and persistent. We are looking for someone with extremely high standards who is efficient and not afraid to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to help our partners be successful. What is a day in the life of a Brand Partner Accounts Receivable Specialist?

• Complete other accounting/finance projects as necessary
• Assist with supporting audit requests
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records/reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards
• Invoice brand partners and customers
• Build vendor relationships
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting
• Basic understanding of generally-accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

• Strong Accounts Receivable knowledge and closing process
• Ability to collaboratively partner with other team members and key partners

• 30 Days - You’ll learn Pattern’s processes, build relationships with brand partners and cross-functional teams, and participate in team meetings
• 90 Days - You’ll feel ready to contribute ideas to improve processes, increase efficiency, and operate comfortably within NetSuite and other systems

What is the team like?
You will work with the other Accounting Specialists and be supervised by the BRand Partner Accounting Manager. You will also be mentored by the Controller and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
