Fulfillment Associate Jobs

SupplyHouse.com, a successful e-commerce heating, plumbing, and HVAC supply company, is seeking Warehouse Associates to add to our fulfillment team in our Texas location! If you are motivated and want to start a career with a rapidly growing company, we want you to hear from you!

Job type: Full Time, Non-Exempt

Shift: Monday through Friday, from 10:00am to 7:00pm CST

Note: Training will be the first 3 weeks on the schedule of Monday through Friday, from 6:00am to 3:00pm CST. During training, you will be cross trained in both the picking and packing departments.

Location: Farmers Branch, Texas

Base pay rate: $20/hour (Paid Weekly)

Positions available:

• Picking: Select specific items listed for orders from the fulfilment center locations, using handheld scanners for guided instructions to meet our shift volume.
  • Order Processing: Picking items with correct quantity and accuracy as per instructions. Some items may be required to be bagged.
  • Item Retrieval: Navigate through the fulfillment center using provided equipment (ex. RF scanners and picking containers) to locate items according to their storage locations and place them as directed into the correct picking container.
  • Completion: Proceed with picking container to staging area to allow the order/s to packed.

• Item Retrieval: Navigate through the fulfillment center using provided equipment (ex. RF scanners and picking containers) to locate items according to their storage locations and place them as directed into the correct picking container.
• Order Processing: Picking items with correct quantity and accuracy as per instructions. Some items may be required to be bagged.

• Packaging: Select appropriate packaging materials based on the size, shape, and fragility of the items.
• Packing: Securely package items to prevent damage in transport while following instructions from the WMS packing screen.
  • Order Processing: Review order details and packaging instructions provided at a standing pack station, including item codes, quantities, and any special packaging requirements.
  • Packaging: Select appropriate packaging materials based on the size, shape, and fragility of the items.
  • Labeling and Documentation: Generate shipping labels and affix them to the packages accurately, ensuring correct address and other necessary information.
  • Completion: Place the completed, fully sealed package on the conveyor to be loaded onto the truck.
• Order Processing: Review order details and packaging instructions provided at a standing pack station, including item codes, quantities, and any special packaging requirements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• All other duties as assigned by the General Manager and/or SupplyHouse.com management
