Store Associate - Quelliv

Position Description:

Quelliv is expanding! We are opening our newest location in Aventura, and we are looking for part time and full time Associates to join our team. This role is a team player who supports daily processes, maintains client and service standards, and models company values. Our Associates will take?initiative?to understand Quellivs service offerings and goals and provide superior customer service to all our clients.

/Core Responsibilities

• Supports in daily store operations and maintains the cleanliness of the store, bathrooms, and client spaces
• Supporting clients through follow-up, retention, and re-engagement
• Displays excellent customer service by ensuring that each customer feels like our #1 customer
• Assisting clients with getting set up on all systems with patience and kindness
• Helps clients get situated in their therapy room, and set up the laser for service
• Assists clients in the lobby and post-service lounge with any needs (beverages, chargers, etc.)
• Answering phone calls and email inquiries, assisting clients with scheduling appointments
• Handles all aspects of the front desk included but not limited to:
• Establishing rapport with potential and recurring customers, confidently presenting and educating clients on our offerings and service
• Greeting and assisting clients with the completion of required intake forms to get clients set up for treatment
• Contributes to positive and healthy workplace culture, leading with Quellivs core values with all you do

Qualifications, Education Requirements, and Required Skills

• Exceptional communication and listening skills
• Able to commit to regularly scheduled days and work full or half shifts (between 7am-7pm)
• Preferred experience in hospitality industry and/or health & wellness industry
• Minimum one-year front office/desk experience OR Minimum one year experience in sales, retail, customer service, or wellness services
• Superior interpersonal and customer relationship skills
• Certified in one area preferred but not required: esthetician, physical therapy, nursing, or cosmetology
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree or higher a plus)
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
