Associate – Ecommerce Marketplaces Jobs

• Knowledge on Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon Marketing Services will be an added advantage.
• Flexible to work in night shifts (US timings).
• Demonstrates effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication skills.
• Provide timely and accurate operational support including but not limited to order processing, product data management, New Item Setup, troubleshooting technical issues, inventory, chargeback, etc.
• Responsible for managing marketplaces, ecommerce platforms and back-office processes.
• Should be proficient in MS Excel.
• Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of the full range of digital services.
• Ability to work independently and proactively to deliver project deliverables according to deadlines.

• Good knowledge in Marketplaces and ecommerce tools.
• MS Excel proficiency.

• Excellent communication skills.
