Job Title: Loss Draft Mail Associate
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Department: Lender Solutions
Reports to: Loss Draft Manager
Summary:
Loss Draft Mailing Associate is responsible for duties for the Loss Draft Department including data entry, client e-mail and voicemail inbox maintenance. Mailing out checks daily for UPS/Priority. This position is only at the Troy location in the office.
Essential Duties and Functions:
  • Update Module
  • Daily reporting – Check Mailing Log
  • Mail checks by UPS/Priority daily
  • Perform other clerical duties when supervisor requests
  • Create and pull UPS labels for mailing

  • Proficient in Windows based environment – specifically Word, Excel, and Access
  • Minimum education required – high school diploma/GED

Physical Requirements Necessary on a Regular Basis:
  • Worker not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
  • Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor.
  • Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication 7-8 hours per day.
  • Repetitive motion
  • Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone 7-8 hours per day
  • Sedentary position
