As the Showroom Associate at Houston Acrylic, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to laser crafters and hobbyists who visit our showroom. Your friendly demeanor, product knowledge, and attention to detail will contribute to a positive customer experience. In addition to managing inventory and ensuring the showroom is well-stocked, you will also assist with customer inquiries and provide support through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
1.Monitor stock levels in the Showroom and restock shelves as necessary.
2. Greet and assist customers promptly upon their arrival.
3. Address customer inquiries and concerns through phone calls.
Qualifications:
- Availability to work, Tuesday - Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Pay range starting at $15.00 per hour.
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
