Salary: $16 - $17


Extra pay: Bonuses


Role type: Full time, on site


Responsibilities


  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and labeling merchandise
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and stock replenishment
  • Follow proper cash handling procedures and adhere to store security protocols
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner


Qualities Required


  • Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects if required
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and tasks
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
  • Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
