Some Key Areas of Responsibility include:


  • Maintains day-to-day operations of the Front Office department.
  • Adheres to all hotel policies with regard to hiring, disciplinary actions, and required training documentation.
  • Establishes and maintains appropriate service standards for all Front Office areas.
  • Maintains proper cash handling procedures and appropriate over/short documentation.
Requirements:


  • Excellent organization skills manages time well, correctly prioritizes, and is flexible.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and possession of a full understanding of professional business ethics, decorum, and social skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
