Job Description
Job EssentialsJob Requirements
  • Oversee your teams’ activities throughout the day, and during special events, including the operation on the drive, managing valet, bell, drops, and remote check ins.
  • Maintain knowledge of Sea Island’s properties, services, and offerings as well as the local area to provide accurate directions and information to guests and members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
  • Ability to kneel, crouch, squat, climb, stand, sit, balance, reach, stretch, bend, push, pull, walk, and run for prolonged periods
  • Anticipating individual needs and offering useful services
  • Consistently uphold and ensure your team’s compliance with departmental procedures, including standards for quality, timing, attendance, appearance, and lost/found items.
  • Work in partnership with fellow team members to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere is always fosteredand superior guest satisfaction is achieved.
  • Two or more years’ experience in an operaPonal and team leadership role in luxury hotel or resort environment, with a preferred focus on high-standard guest services
  • Showing delight and appreciation when someone returns to our properties; recalling and mentioning any individual preferences to enhance a unique and personal exchange
  • Physical strength and stamina to perform a Bell / Valet leadership role, maintain ongoing, prolonged physical activity throughout a scheduled day to include lifting 30+ pounds, working in an outdoor environment, comfort with noise levels, mechanical, electrical, chemical, and fume hazards with or without a reasonable accommodation
